I did not think of this angle...I guess you are right...its not ishita but divayanka lipstick mark on karan's cheek...its a accidental one...I think while Divan were rolling...her lips might touched his cheeks accidentally since they need to shoot the scenes in one take...the mark was shown on-screen

if it was ishita's lipstick mark...they would have made into nhok-jhok scene b/w Ishra in their bedroom...raman would have pulled ishu legs for the kiss and raman's one liner would have been icing on cake.but there wss no such scene shown

so yup...its not Ishra but Divan...a accidental moment which happens on sets when the leads are doing a physical proximity and passionate scenes

I saw the episode again . There was no lipstick mark. It could just be a shadow. Also ishita never wore a dark lipstick so don't think this is the case
