I think he enjoy quarreling with her.He may be liking her face more when she is angry .

He did everything before Ishita to irritate her and she will start quarreling.

Ishita will not start quarreling just because Raman like her face that way so Raman has to instigate it.

I am not comparing(just). In Madhubala (season 1)RK always make Madhu sad and angry just because he likes her face that way more.

may be Raman knows ISHITA loves him and is planning to let her tell first in blurr.as she did in dress scene.
