Well in my opinion Sarika is wrong. She went through the same kind of experience but still she sided Pervmeet because she needs money for her mother's treatment. What does she think? Pervmeet will giver her money? And if she does think like that, she is silly enough to think like that. Pervmeeet is himself dependant & does not have a job living under Raman's support. She supported a leech so that her mother is fit. But she didn't do the needful, that is complain against Pervmeet since she went through the same sexual harassment. Sarika is a fool, weak woman.

And about society, it depends in which kind of society we live. Are we from the same country where once there was a huge protest in the capital city to hang the culprits who brutally raped & killed a woman. Are we from the same country where there was dissatisfaction among the masses because a culprit escaped death since he was a teenager when he committed the crime of rape? Maybe in the villages or towns people might have not opened up. But in cities among educated people, I don't think so. Also in cases like harassment or rape Indian laws are biased towards women. Men are given a good punishment even for stalking provided the incidents are reported.

What pressure does Sarika have, her mother is sick, she does not have anyone in the family to be scared of. She failed to understand had she helped Ishita in this situation Ishita being the kind of woman we know might have helped her in her mother's treatment. And she is doing aall this because she is thinking Pervmeet will help her. yeah really.

From my point of view, the CV's are clearly showing how two woman who are dealing with the same issue are handling it. On one hand we have Ishita who is strong and confident and also has a strong support system in terms of her family (not her in-laws). She has always stood up for what is right and she always will.

On the other hand, there is Sarika who comes across as timid and frightened, who has a sick mother to take care of and who has constantly been intimidated by the person who harassed her. She clearly doesn't have anyone to turn to either. Hopefully at some point, instead of blaming and accusing Sarika, they will show her getting the help she needs.

Like I said she is in a vulnerable and in a unstable situation, she is desperate. Sarika is not a fool but she is scared, it doesn't matter what country you are from or if your in a city or a village, this kind of stuff happens in first world countries, with different kinds of women, successful independent women, passive women, I don't know what world you a living in but hundred if not thousands of cases of sexual assaults and rape cases go unreported and it's not just from village it's from cities, it's by women who have family and support or everything in the world as well. society has progressed as it is beginning to fight for women but it still doesn't change the fact many are still silent and never speak up, it doesn't matter if someone went through the same situation,individuals are different on how they react and handle situations, that's right she has no one in the family to be scared of, she has never gotten support, guidance or counselling after what she went through, she's been beaten down and warn out and she lacks self esteem and confidence to do anything, she is trying to hold on to something to get by and help her mum, her mum is very sick and that's causes even more emotional distress of a person. She may have failed to understand because she is already in a volatile situation, her psychological state is all over the place and she is not thinking straight. Like I said she is fearful and perv is exploiting it, and I didn't say she is doing all this because she thinks perv will help her. I can go on about all the his and write essays on it, but it's better if you just go search for yourself and at least research and try to understand the victimology and psychosocial state of a person, and you won't have to look far to find out why many women stay silent, why women end up staying with abusive people for so long, why women don't speak and help when they can after going through something like this, why they can be easily manipulated and exploited in situation like this by their assaulter and why they believe their assaulter can get and hurt them, you have to go through something like that to understand or educate your self. And I said hopefully she gets out of this and help ishu.
