Raman always compares Ishita with Karela and same does Ishita,
When Raman asked Ishita favourite ice cream flavour .He commented before calling as it would be Karela flavour.
When Ishita told him his favourite colour he again compared to Karela.
He again taunted by saying if that dress wont fit in Karela (Ishita) Ruhi will feel sad.

When Raman told speech in end she said
How much ever you add sugar Karela wont be sweet .
Bala also told she has to love her bitter Karela.
Raman and Ishita call each other karela and share a common nick name.
