Today there ws an AWESOME SEG on Karan today @Zoom TV channel in their "Telly Express" programme...
Karan ws asked first how he ended up gettin this role of Raman?
He said..This ws pehle doin by Cezanne Khan..He had evn shot for some epis as Raman..But later Ekta called Karan n gave him narration n eventually Karan ended up playing Raman..!! He said it seems he ws DESTINED to play this char..He said HE BELEIVES IN DESTINY..And if its there in ur destiny,then u WILL get it howevr much later..😉😉..!! He also said hes happy to be back to TV after a gap of 2.5-3 years
Karan ws then asked y he never did non-Balaji shows?
He said...reason is EKTA..She IS his dear frnd and mentor..She only gave him his first break in his career n he wish uske career ke last phase bhi EK ke koi show se hi ho..
Karan ws asked whts one thing he love in playing Raman?
He said his khud ka improvised one liners...😆😉...He LOVES doing tht..On hearin tht reporter asked if he could giv any example where he improvised his lines...To tht bhai said,yes recently he shot a scene with Ishu where it ws HIS LINES which Raman ws shown told ki Ishu ke writer ke quality badaane ke liye usko thoda paisa zyada do..etc etc[omfggg ppl esp my BGDs our shak 100% confirmed last week ka IshRa scene post pooja matter which looked aadha DivAn ws INDEED TRUE..🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣...]
Karan was then asked,as he said he improvises his lines,how much does he give input to the show?And wht all prep for scenes?
He said he gives 100% input to the show...IMPROVISATION IS VERY IMP[oh yea yea bhai..improvisation is totally a must..v had doubt on tht many times..thnx for confirmin nw..🤣🤣🤣🤣..]He also said writers write their scenes on their way n actors enact those scenes in their way..Sometimes writers go beyond expectations of actors n sometims it doesnt n thts when improvisation works more..😉😉..He also said he DONT DO HOMEWORK or REHEARSE @make up..He reads the script on spot n acts naturally in accordance to wht other actor is reactin 😉...The reason for him to do is tht acc to him if one rehearse a scene pehle hi,it bcomes MECHANICAL-n tht Karan DONT LIKE..He likes things when its NATURAL..😆😉...
