I do not know the language, so wonder if i can grade him but for the emotions & expressions in his speech i will have to give him an A +++!

Can't rate it based in Tamil because I can't speak or understand Tamil.

But defintely an Outstanding because it was honest, authentic and spoken from the heart.

He spoke with ease, grace and he spoke to the audience without burying his head in a pice of paper.

The million watt smile throughout was a bonus
