Shagun. The confused and immature woman. Ashok is going to two time her soon as he will be meeting attractive girls. While shagun has to sit in that empty house thinking about Raman and Ishita.

She is not loyal to Ashok too. She thinks about Raman and I feel she still has some possessiveness over him.

I am fascinated by grey characters like shagun who are not completely balck and who are also vulnerable and weak. Feel sorry for her.
