This episode was an emotional episode. Found 4 scenes to be important and sweet.
1. 1st scene is : Ishita is doing the delivery of Puja's baby. This scene was so well executed that it needs a special mention. Here, Ishu became Rancho of 3 Idiots. She was hesitiating first to do the delivery. But with the request of everyone and guidance of doctor she agreed. And she did the 'Jadoo' of delivering the child. And..at the ending moment of this scene, Ishu had the child in her arms and the immense happiness of a mother can be seen on her faceš. Felt sad for her that she can't have such moment of her own in her lifeš.

2. 2nd scene is : Raman is helping Shagun to drop her at Ashok's house out of humanity. Shagun explains that Ashok might be worrying for her and searching for her etc . Ramz says not to give any explanation to him. When they reach home, Shagun finds out that Ashok is at home long time before. Ramz taunts Shagun saying her that Ashok's breathing is stopped for her and that to save himš. He also says that his wife and daughter are waiting for himš³.

3. 3rd scene is : This scene is a sad one. When Ishu was about to give the honey to the newborn baby, Subbu's mom stops her saying that this is a big ritual in Tamil culture. She says that Ishu can't do this ritual as she is a barrenš”. Everyone is shocked to know that. That witch also says that doing this ritual by Ishu can harm the child in future. Pammi takes the honey from Ishu and pushes are behind. Ishu cries though she tried hard to hide her tears. Ruhi sees this and being upset leaves the place.

4. 4th scene is : Ruhi knows from her dadi what barren is. She comes downstairs when Ishu was about to leave. Ruhi stops her and says to Subbu's mom that how dare she is. Ruhi scolds her and says that how can she talk with her mom like that, Ishu is not a barren, she is her mother and she herself is Ishu's daughter. Everyone seems surprised. Ishu cries out of pride and happiness. She comes and hugs Ruhi. And 'Tere dilka mere dilse Rishta Puran Hain' song is played making the moment totally the touchiest one. Ramz sees this and is surprised. Just loved this ma-beti as usual with the great acting by the actorsš.
