If Ishita by somebody's mischievous design or by a mistake on part of the Dr is declared pregnant she will have to answer some difficult questions from Raman.But Ishita is not a fool.She can tell him that both their families are going to insist on a thorough examination and then it might come to light that the marriage is not consummated.Raman will have to decide to believe Ishita's innocence ,go along with her and protect her from further probe and let the cloud pass over.Or consummate the marriage to save face in front of the Dr. I think he will bow himself out of the situation by believing Ishita's innocence.And then Ishita will prove the Dr was wrong .And then Raman will wonder who could be behind all this. And perhaps wonder that Ishita is really not attracted to him but she can certainly face up to him.This is going to ignite Raman's interest in Ishita.
