In the party Pammi's daughter has also come, she is pregnant and we see that she has been little uncomfortable. Parmeet offers that juice glass to Ishita but before she take the sip, Simmi comes there and Isits is interrupted. The glass instead of Ishita reaches MRs. Bhall and she gulps it dow and gets drunk. Mihir who is in office calls up Trisha to find out about Mihika and somehow manages to find outthat she is in office. He leaves to pick her up. Mrs Bhalla is drunk and she climbs up the table and whole heartedly thanks IShita and appreciates her for a wonderful and ideal bahu that she is. Mrs. Iyer is proud. Mrs. Bhalla gives Ishita her gold chain. she thanks Ishita by saying that she is an ideal daughter-in-law. After the speech they catch hold of Romi to play music for them.All are dancing and having fun, Parmeet realizes that Ishita is sober and that his plan is soiled. And suddenly Pooja screams , she hasd gone into labor. Everyone panics but Ishita takes charge of the situation and calls up Pooja's doctor and tells her that Pooja's water has burst. Doctor advises her to get Pooja to the hospital. Its curfew but Ishita says she will manage somehow. Romi calls up Raman & tells him everything. Raman tells him to tell everybody to be home, he is leaving right away for the hospital and will be arranging the ambulance. Pooja's condition is worsening so Ishita decides to not wait for Raman and take her to the hospital.She takes out her car and along with pammi and simmi she moves out. Romi and Parmeet follow then in the bike. Mihir reaches Mihika's office and picks her up. Mihika is happy to see him there but doesn't express.Romi misses Ishita's car and we see that her car has been stopped by some goons who are ready to attack. Raman has reached the hospital and Romi informs him about Ishita. Raman is furious that why did they leave the house in curfew time, and when he was coming with an ambulance. Raman leaves right away for the spot where Romi has seen Ishita last. He reaches there and is looking for her . Some men pass by and tells him that they have seen a red car burning ahead and Raman drops down thinking that its Ishita's car.Raman is the absolute shock thinking that Ishita's car is burnt by the rioters but just then Romi calls him & informs that Ishita is fine & she is returing back to the building along with other. Raman is relieved but also angry as he thinks that it was Ishita's carelessness that created all this hassle. Ishita reaches the building. Pooja's state is deteriorating so she is taken to the society hall. Ishita calls up her doctor and she tells Ishita to do the delivery. Initially Ishita is hesitantbut later she agrees to save Pooja and the baby. The whole society is there to help. Finally Ishita delivers the baby and then as per the ritual honey has to be given to the baby. Ishita runs home and gets the honey bottle. She is about to give it to to the baby when she is stopped by Subbu's mom who says Ishita can't do this ritual as she is barren. Ishita is hurt. Ruhi hears that and tells everyone to apologize to her as she is not barren as she is my mother.
