"Ishima... Ishima" a young Ruhi touched her mothers' pale cheek with her tender fingers. She slowly looked towards her father with the teary eyes and run towards him. She held his pants tightly and rested her head and started pouring continuous flow of water from her innocent eyes. "Papa bolo nar ... Ishima kyun aisay soyi hai" she shook her Dad's body who was standing tall and stiff. She again shook hardly "Papa ... Meri Ishima ko kya hua... Papa please bolo nar" she couldn't bear her Dad's silence and couldn't see her mother's situation so she let go of the grip from her Dad and run away from the hospital room.
Raman approaches slowly towards his wife and sat down beside her. He stared at her face for a few seconds. Stream of tear rolled down from his eyes but he abruptly wiped it away. He held her hand softly and planted a kiss then he let it go. He cupped her face which was covered with oxygen mask. "Ishita... why are you playing hide and seek with me?" he said softly then wiped away the tear coming from his chocolate brown eyes. He let go of her face then looked away from her. "Jhansi ki rani ... you have no right to challenge Raman Balla's patience... you got it? I demand you to open your eyes now" he said acting as if he is very angry. Shaking her body he said "Tum janti ho tum bilkul manrazi behanji ho ... tumhara dressing sense ... OOo yuck". His challenge went in vain when he didn't get reply from her. Volcanoes were erupting inside his heart, making it hell like place. He can't bear to see the love of his life in this situation. He rested his head slowly on her chest and said with shaky voice "Ishu... hath hai yaar... please mujay scold karo , angry huo yar phir maro par tumary eyes open karo... please... I ..love you so much... Don't u dare to sleep like this" he looked up at her face then continued " Don't u dare to smile at my helplessness ... u love to see me like this right... I will cry whole day and whole night but just wake up Ishita... please" he closed his eyes while tears flowed continuously. He gave a soft kiss on her forehead then whispered "I love you so much... Don't leave me alone ... please love me too and wake up Ishuu.. please". Just then doctor entered and told Raman to wait outside.
After few hours, doctor came to Raman with the smile in his face. "Ishita ko hosh a gaya" he said. Raman and all bala family become very happy. Raman and Ruhi rushed to Ishita's room and stood in front of her. Ruhi hugged her mother and pecked a kiss on her cheek. "Ishima ... Don't u dare to sleep like this again" she said smiling. She pulled Ishita's hand and placed on her chest "Listen ... what have you done to my heartbeat" she said angrily then softly " it is beating so fast nar?" she asked her. Ruhi looked at her Papa's direction then continued with the tears in her eyes "You see ... app ko kuch ho jata toe mujay bhi kuch ho jata aur papa ko bhi... I love you mama" Ruhi hugged her tightly.
Ishita looked at the surrounding weirdly then slowly moved Ruhi's hands then whispered "Who are you?".
