Hands down it is Ishita.

From where I see Shagun there is not one Classy bone in her body.

I meant Classy in the sense of a caring and mature woman who thinks of others and

can feel empathy of others pain.

Just because Shagun wears designer clothes and spends all her time in a Spa does not make her Classy.

As for education there is no doubt Ishita is more qualified. Housewives without any education can be Classy too.

Maybe my understanding of Classy is different.

I should qualify it by saying a woman who cheats on a loving husband, then lives with a moron for his money, and spends her time letting him use her kids to feel superior to her Ex is NOT Classy at all.
