She has got a husband who has status and money,she has the child of her choice,she is allowed to work,her parents live opposite,she is allowed to come and go as she pleases,the atmosphere in the house is easy going,she is not over worked with house work and above all her life is not full of complications like Raman. If she had gone into an arranged marriage people would have said it could'nt have been better.She has gone into a marriage which is an arrangement and she has entered matrimony with her eyes open because of Ruhi and her father's inflexible stand that he won't have her say no. Incidentally this marriage has given her parents great happiness and relief and Ishita has the satisfaction that she has fulfilled her parent's wish. Also Raman gives respect to her parents the way he should . Till she married Raman she was subjected to many obnoxious taunts by society Therefore the next logical thing is to fall for Raman. It is taking long because Raman does not let her get close . He keeps her at arms length and does not let her fall for him by his awful habit of firing her at the drop of a hat. The only apparently unfair thing is that Raman has not given her cupboard space but after having got so much and that too without asking I don't Ishita minds.
