Helllooo lovely people!

Today's episode received mixed emotions from all of us, and although I know a lot of us were expecting an exchange of "sorry's" and "thank-you's", we didn't get any!

I think we can all agree that being cordial and expressive is not a character trait inherent in Raman and it is something he has to work towards. But I feel like Raman had one moment today when he acknowledged what Ishita was doing for his family.

"Lekin, Ishita, tumne mujse kaha hota" ---> That was the pivotal moment for me! When Raman addresses Ishita directly, accepting and acknowledging that she was working to help his family, and that he would have been willing to help her was a giant leap in the right direction. I don't mean that there should not be an exchange of "thank-you's" or even "sorry'", I simply mean that the fact that Ishita is invested in his family has not gone unnoticed by Raman.

Just because Raman doesn't verbalize it, it doesn't mean that he ignores the contributions Ishita makes. Sure, he is quick to jump the gun and hurl accusations and mean comments at Ishita, but he also acknowledges what she does for his family. I think we all got a glimpse of this at Appa and Amma's anniversary party when Raman stood up for Ishita. We had never hear, or even seen Raman previously acknowledge how hard Ishita works for his family, for Ruhi and at her clinic...but at the anniversary party, he did not waste a single minute to defend Ishita and recognize the role she plays.

Considering all of that, I think Raman's "thank-you" and "sorry" will come at a time we least expect, but it will come at a time that is absolutely perfect.

Such a cute post AnnJan😃😃 Yeah I guess raman's character is only like tat..
He doesnt express his emotions out..He basically is a stoic..😊 I was lil upset that he dint apologise to Ishu but then reading so many good posts😊 I realized that ya maybe that's how his character is made to be😃..He is concerned..he is regretful..but he doesnt show it..😊😊 And as you very perfectly stated it out..He will show his love/respectconcern/sorry/thanku when we least expect it😊😊 and that indeed will be the perfect moment for Ishra❤️

Great post and absolutely agree! Raman has always been the apologetic considerate soul ... The gentle family man without attitude or arrogance and Shagun walked all over him...his personality has transformed into this khadoos man arrogant out to show the world. Although his loving and caring nature is underneath he will now not express his emotions yet he will always be a responsible person taking care of his family no matter the cost. He will now buckle down to anyone unless his heart opens up but even then he will never be as he was!

Great post...you have written very well...the way Raman's character is...sometimes we tend to forget the way he was and what circumtances made him this way...it is very hard for him to verbalize or express his emotions...I am sure a time will come in the near future where he will...
Somehow I was accepting him to say sorry...!!

AnnJann 🤗 my babies!
BANG ON! :D I absolutely agree! The way youve put it up in amazing, girls! :) "Ishita, tumne mujhse kaha hota, main paise dedeta" < TRUE!That was such a pivotal moment for me too. There was too much 'apnaapan' in that line. Then, when she was asking about Adi, and he was responding normally, not telling her how BAD it was... he didnt want her to take another tension, and that of Adi, the way he responded to her, like they were regular husband-wife having a normal conversation... it was really nice. The epi maybe a bit out of place here and there and with an overcrowded Bhalla house, but was a good one, in my opinion :)
IshRa, have progressed and reached another level in their relationship, for sure.

Thank you SO much, Aishu! Yeah, Raman is the kind of person who finds expressing his love, gratefulness, sorry and every emotion almost impossible. So I think we have to give him his space and time, because when he does apologize, he does it so sincerely. I can't wait to see his gentle, emotional side 😳

Heyy there :D Thank you so much! And I absolutely agree... This Raman that we see now is in stark contrast to the Raman we see married to Shagun. The things that he has gone through in his life has made him bitter and closed in. He definitely has a more caring, nurturing side to him that will eventually come out when he sees that he can trust Ishita, and when he believes that he can open himself up without the fear of being heart broken and left behind. 😃

Heyyy you!! Aww THank you so much! I completely agree... even though we have seen so much of what Raman has gone through, we expect him to do a complete turn around and be able to verbalize his emotions without giving him some time. But yes, time, and love, will eventually melt his stone-cold heart :D
