I feel that Simi is not having an affair instead her husband must have lost his job in Dubai and come back. She did not want to tell anyone especially Raman so might be staying with her husband separately. Ishtar gets to know abt it and must be helping Simi and her hubby.. This is my prediction

No dear it canno't be possible as the new entry of a actor as simmi's husband being announced in all the medias😆It also said that ishu have seen the couple and got to know that they are in dire financial traits😆
