I think you must have missed some scenes.when Raman was upset with ruhi not being his child that time he shouted and insulted simmi that she was staying in her mother's home. That is the reason she left and she didn't want to bother anyone at that time bhallas are worried about Raman behavior. Also may be she didn't want her parents to think that her marriage also. Failed along with Raman's .ishita is not saying anything to Raman because she knows that he will not understand as he stubborn in mihirs issue I don't think she trust him to solve his sister's problem.even Mrs bhalla health is not good so she is not informing then but then again simmi must have taken her promise.she is shifting them to an apartment I think or she may be helping summit husband to get back in business so that he can take care of them.
