Dia,I think I slightly differ with you here. I find Mihir to be a completely spineless character and this makes me dislike this character. During the MMS scadal, Mihika never really doubted Mihir. She somewhere knew that Mihir could not be the one doing such an act.But the circumstance was pointing to Mihir as the culprit and she could not ignore that. She had just withdrawn herself from their relationship and was just silently watching the happenings. She din't play a blame game nor did she completely believe Mihir as she couldnot ignore the evidences against him. Don't think that am a fan of Mihika 😆 I find her very annoying, but I like the fact that she atleast knows to stand up for herself.Mihir could not even sum up the courage to speak about his love. Then why fall in love if you cannot even frankly speak about it? I understand that he is being grateful to Raman, but at the cost of his own happiness when Raman is not even demanding any kind of sacrifice from him! Its just a matter of few words to melt Raman' ego and make him calmly realise that generalisations are never really true. Its said that sometimes the younger ones show the path to the elders. And this is exactly what Mihir should be doing. He associates himself more to Raman and fails to realise that above everything else he is first an individual. And this is the sole reason why the fear of offending Raman bothers him more than taking the path that he knows is right for him. Even during the MMS track,he din't even give back to Bala when the latter was all beating him up without stating any reason.I dont know, somewhere I fail to appreciate such characters. And yes,I definitely agree with you that Mihika should also try to empathise with Mihir and understand his position.

okay, you're right, Mihir is probably a spineless character...but I still like him 😆 But rather than spineless, I would call him non-confrontational (makes me feel better about liking his character) 😆

Fortunately you both making vary valid points . I agree with you both . Writers are very smart . When they wrote Mihir's character they kept us in dark .few of us think he is Shagun's bother but it was never clarified by writer . We don't know his past . I feel that something has happened between Ramen and Mihir . He is obligated . In our culture polite people like Mihir who have learnt good manners behave like "he has no back bones " but when time comes they get their point across . Arrange marriages are common in India and bringing in good Rista for younger brother is duty . There are times we have seen asserting himself . I still like him and it's very hard to like Mihika . I find her very annoying . Sometimes I think that writers are giving in to forum euphoria " South Indian culture is better than punjabi Culture " just kidding .🤣
