A slap is a physical abuse I concede and cannot be condoned .But-the rough way in which Raman held Ishita under the cold shower. She was short of breath ,under shock, spluttering and then Raman held her face the way he did is also physical abuse. So when one says spade for a spade the treatment Raman gave Ishita is also physical abuse .There are many more civilised ways of bringing the effect of the alcohol down Why the third degree. It is alright because it is a soap and serves to heighten the chemistry between the two and the viewer's fantasy gets a kick out of it. But I think in the present times the same thing could have been done in a finer way and the same effect could have been achieved .

Yeah...I'm not sure why but manhandling is sometimes shown to the audience as having chemistry between the couple...but in real life, if someone with a lot of strength shook and controlled you like that, you would be hurt, emotionally and physically. Great post!

i agree...raman was very rough...in short to say he did manhandle...she was not in her sense...he could approach with softness...
so i feel its equal...raman manhandle her...and ishu gives him a tight slap for that...

YES! When I heard about the slap, I thought it might be because of this. I was a little upset that it wasn't. He handled her similarly even after the slap if you remember. When someone is in that condition, you could be nicer!
