Superb post!! Well written 👏
I for one haven't found Ishita's lectures something to bash about. Yeah at times she can go overboard but then who doesn't? There are times when it is hard to draw a line. Even Raman at times goes overboard but both the characters are shown to be impulsive so no surprises there
I liked her talk with Raman today. She made some valid points which Raman actually listened to and was taking it in... I feel that is why he got up to look out the window... knew Ishita is showing him the mirror. and the truth hurts
But she can't say that this was just his victory... she saw how he ran to see Ruhi and hugged her and had tears in his eyes... there is more than meets the eye and she needs to understand that.
As she doesn't know the full history of Aditya there was no need to mention him in this conversation
He has turned in this stone hearted person... and for this stone to break away someone needs to dig at it .. and Ishita is being the catalyst at it .. only then can he realise what he has lost and how to get on with life and enjoy it
Such a conversation was needed

Sorry guys, I don't get it. Whenever Ishita gives lecture to Raman, everyone hates her or is disturbed by her. But, whenever Raman misbehaves with her (after marriage), not everyone seems to be disturbed with that. Why so? Ishita is a woman and Raman is a man, that's why? Why won't Ishita be angry with Raman? Whenever Raman gets angry with her, ends with saying I'll throw you out, go to you appa, etc. So, you think she doesn't remember all this when venting on Raman? She is a human too. Her previous sorrows will come into her present. Oh! I guess that's okay for Raman, but not for Ishita.

Sorry again friends, for spoiling your moods. But, couldn't stop saying.

They both cross their lines all over the place, sometimes it looks like there is not such thing AS a line in there relationship, which is good actually, its how husband wife should be...

When Raman crosses line, that's not a big matter. When Ishita crosses line it's a disaster😲. I agree Ishita has crossed lines more times, but Raman has crossed line to a higher extent than her.

I love the conversation going on here. And you guys all raise really great points.

I just hope that as we watch these two characters develop,we can realize that they are BOTH very flawed individuals. Neither one of them is always right, and they both make an equal number of mistakes, sometimes Raman more than Ishita.

But like you guys already said, they way Ishita and Raman behaved today is so very much like their character. Ishita is the loving, nurturing mother who wants only the best for her child and can sometimes take things too literally (Toshi ji asking her to become a tigress for child). Raman is the rash, rude, sometimes cowardly and inexpressive man he has been portrayed to be. We will see lots of banter between these two until they find a common ground...

You know I have noticed that too...we all seem more forgiving of Raman's faults than we are of Ishita's. Maybe it is because we know the kind of struggle that Raman has been through and why he has become the insensitive, stone-heartened person he is. But that still doesn't excuse his misbehavior. I think not only do we think Raman will be innately flawed, I think we as viewers expect Ishita to be without fault. Like I said earlier, I think we have to remember that they are both flawed, and every individual needs to work on themselves.

That's what hurt much Annet(Janet). Everyone sees Raman's suffering, his sorrows. But seems that most of the fans forgot Ishita's sorrows. I would say she has suffered more than Raman. For a woman, the inability to be a mother is like a curse, not a sorrow. If you measure this with Raman's, his sorrows won't have lower scores than Ishita's. And, again, wasn't Ishita be cheated by his lover? Subbu left her for the fault that is not her, isn't this a cheating? In all angles, Ishita is more sufferer than Raman, or at least they have suffered equally. So, why this soft node for Raman, and harsh node for Ishita?

I absolutely agree, Tanni! Ishita has gone through a lot of heartbreak as well; Raman and Ishita are both very broken people, and Ishita had to go through the constant taunts and daily reminders of her inability to conceive.. I guess we really can't decide who has gone through more; each individuals burdens are heavy to carry for themselves. But then Ishita has chosen not to become hardened despite how rough it has been for her. I really am not sure why we all are so forgiving of Raman and not Ishita, even when Ishita's mistakes so far have been much lesser when you compare them to Raman's.

P.S - You may call us AnnJan for short 😳

Thank you

Bold exactly that needs to happen and for that ishitha needs to point out certain facts about him
Raman will also have his day when ishitha will be on receiving end 😆
