What would she misunderstand? Clearly she would know he would be checking Ruhi's DNA and then she should wonder WHY he would be doing such a thing. Obviously any sensible person would connect the dots but we can't forget this is a serial. What I'm happy about is that since Ishita comes to know he's done a DNA test, if Ashok messes with the report it might be good for IshRa relationship at least Ishita should know.
