As Shagun is seeming to turn into a villain, I found a new name for her that suits her most.
She is being jealous of Raman's remarriage from now. When she knows that girl is Ishita, she may try to create problems b/w them. She won't allow IshRa to be happy and neither will she leave Shagun. So, a perfect name for her :
