He was wrong to say that, of course! But I feel he doesnt know about Ishita's problem

I don't think he knows her problem. He doesn't really care about anyone, especially 'women' in this case..

I felt he just made a random comment. He did not comment on Ishita's fertility issue. He just meant coz she is not married yet and not a mother she is getting close to others kids. Raman does think Ishita and her mom were eyeing his wealth so obviously he is pissed of when Ishita showed her authority on his child.

I don't think he is aware of Ishita's condition. Being the occasional insensitive person he is, he probably said it in the heat of the moment. Hopefully we will get to see some guilt and apology soon.

But i think he should not said it as he touched a sensible problems of Ishita which she's trying hard to fight out of her life.
