Join the club. about 4 weeks ago I had a car accident (no fault of mine at all), then went for repairs through insurance, then front parking sensors not working. As the other driver not admitting his fault so I have to fill in forms and give as much details as possible. Then we had telephone line in our area down for nearly 12 hrs and then internet connection problems.

Too true. I don't know how long I will have to wait to get back my "access" money through the insurers as this money has to be paid by the other drivers insurance, so I might have to go through legal procedure. It is good thing that whenever I take out a car insurance I always get it "fully protected so I don't loose any no claim discount" and also "legal" protection to fight for access money. You only pay a bit more in the insurance but anything happens like this it saves you a lot of money in long process.
