I watched whole epi with F/F

only part 1 with lata Aruna nothing else in whole episode--no Raj at all

Lata apologies to arunaji. She said she was acting when being rude to arunaji but she wanted to find out why raj is trusting daaima so blindly. Now she has found out more and how daaima has put a "jooth ki patti" in raj eyes she wants to remove it from raj's eyes by being on daaima's side and start revealing daaima's true colours. Something among those lines.

(advise to lata - daaima is already wondering why you are being nice and taking her side so she is not going to be fooled by your pretence to be friendly with her)

DM is purana khiladi

so lata should be more careful-DM is not going to accept her defeat that easy--she is trying her best to keep her position

Correct. That is why she is thinking why lata all of sudden taking her side so will have to be careful. I do hope lata knows what she is doing. Video cameras or mobile tel. camera or recorded messages only will do the trick as far as I think.
