Mother's day is coming this weekend and lets have a look at great ladies who has portrayed motherly figure in Yahan Main Ghar Ghar Kheli as a pillar of support and being the home of love and care.
Dadi Maa
She was the pillar of support in the Jagmohan family where she is the mother to Jagmohan and Grandmother to Karan, Veer, Vimal and Kanika. Jagmohan has always respected his mother where Dadi maa is shown as a loving figure who also took care and raised Karan and Kanika as their mother left them as they were a kid. The first person to bless the wedding of Karan and Abha was Dadi maa and she never took sides and always stand by the truth until her death being killed by Ranjit. She still remain as one of the most missed and loving character in YMGGK.
Chandraprabha
Chandraprabha has always stand as a pillar of support for all her three childrens. Let it be when Prakash who didn't had a good career, Lata's first troubled marriage and Abha's marriage with Karan, Chandraprabha has been part of every problem of her children and always strives to solve it and gives advice and support which gives the childrens the courage to fight back. Being such loving and bold mother, she takes no bad remarks or action against her childrens in which she ultimately died after being killed by Koyal in the battle to save her daughter Lata and Abha's life from being in trouble planned by Koyal and Dev. Such a great mother she was and it was good seeing her back in Abha's vision recently giving her the motivation and courage to fight back.
Pratibha
Pratibha who was believed to be dead while the childrens were small was actually still alive and craving for the love of her beloved family. Pratibha has to stay away from her family due to her brother Ranjeet's false accusation. Pratibha loves her childrens so much and also have their back regardless of them doing good or bad. Such example would be Kanika where Pratibha supported her daughter and was not willing to put her down despite knowing the mistake was her own daughter's. Though this role was played by three different actress, the best Pratibha would still be Zarina Wahab ji who brought the motherhood to the character and lived in our hearts.
Aruna ji is relatively new on the show but she has also been a motherly figure that anyone would love. She provided shelter and motherly love to Abha who lost memory and never allowed Jhumroo or Albeli's mama to take her away no matter what. Aruna ji gets worried everytime she sees Abha missing as if her own child went missing. Such a mother was also missing her son Raj who was separated from her due to Daiima's plan and she still has hope that her son would understand and accept her as she has been craving for her son's love for all this years.
There are more as these young mothers show what love is by Abha, Nilanjana, Vasundra and not to forget, the newly promoted mother, Lata.
Abha being the youngest has always been pampered and she was blessed with her first child but she lost the child where she fell to a plan that was executed by Shelly. Abha then raised Shelly's child Asmi as her own child and still never neglects Asmi once she has her own child Paavni. The episode which Paavni was kidnapped and Abha went in search shows the love Abha had for her child.
Nilanjana ji is another mother who is dedicated to her children Mayank and Mishti where Mayank only listens to Nilanjana while Mishti who has no eyesight gets full attention of Nilanjana. One of Nilanjana's last wish was for Mishti to be able to see the world again.
Vasundra is a short and brief character but a memorable one. A mother who lost her unborn child and succumb to her injury returns to avenge the death of her child for scattering her dreams to have her unborn child in her arms. She eventually returned to take Paavni away from Abha but Abha's motherly love won and Vasundra returned Paavni back to Abha.
Lata is another mother who lost her first child when she was pushed down by her first husband to which she had so much of dreams for the unborn child that she could not accept the fact that she lost her child. However this mother can celebrate in joy as she is now finally expecting again.
