Fit body over pretty face
If cosmetics and spas cost a bomb (obviously one is not taking any chances by opting for cheaper creams or visiting smaller parlours, especially when one is in the glam business, the protein shakes and supplements cost no less. Maintaining a fit body takes more than a pretty face, feels Samiksha Singh, a computer engineer-turned-actor. With a few Tamil and Telugu films in her kitty, she is presently enjoying her stint in Yahaan Main Ghar Ghar Kheli. "One can't imagine what all an actor has to go through. One requires a fit body to do the long and gruelling shifts," she says. This actor swears by power yoga for an hour a day to keep fit. And, rather goes for home treatments than parlour when not shooting. "Dietician, trainer, treatments cost much but then that's how it is."
