Raj may got upset but he dont thing his lovely wife betrayal him,we already seen he ready to forgive her(like MIL sari,Birthday party photo issue etc)he will trust his wife unless his mind poisoned by Daiima,

I noticed it originally when watching the actual episode on 28.3.12 but as you mentioned about his other hand should have been around her shoulder, I had to mention it but I think that would have too cosy so att least they showed sharing one pillow
