Hey guys,

I know a lot of us were disappointed with the reason why abharan did not have a SR..and some are even miffed with karan for siding with aabha without even questioning her..i too was that way after friday's episode..but after watching today's episode..i realize i understood aabha's point.

hear me out- Aabha has been brought us as the pampered youngest child of the house where her parents especially her dad always doted on her..pleasing her dad and his happiness were her priority from childhood..its understandable thats her nature.

now she is married and that too against her fthers wishes and into a family where they don't even accept her..what is her mental state in these circumstances?? yes she is with karan who loves her a lot and is always there for her..and she realizes this too and that is why she knows she can ask such a thing from him..but she cannot forget that they would be starting their life without both the fathers blessings.

abha is very conservative in her thinking from beginning and has always kept elders as being important..and the way she explained herself today..im glad karan agreed and understood her..that is the love they share..

i think Aabha knew she was preoccupied htinking about all the other stuff that she wouldn't be able to give herself completely to karan and then what is the point of having a SR with the person you love when you know that you are thinking about all other worries..it wouldn't be fair to karan or to her love..

i know a lot of you were like forget your famly and just be happy with karan..but seriously i doubt half of us in that situation would be able to do that..aabha is not forgetting the other relations she made with her marriage and this is a result of her decision. i am happy she took the decision as all that should be on abha's mind when she is having ehr SR with karan is karan and their love..not family drama..and right now that is what is on her mind.

also guys, its not the two families becoming friends that she wants to happen before she agrees to SR but the prasad family accepting her (mainly jaggu).

their love is very different..karan and abha..and whatever it is it works for me..i rather watch them than other serial couples where they are over the top lovey dovey.

Loved the fact that Karan understands Aabha and his respect for her has increased and he knows Aabha very well that is why he said "Sirf tum hi soonch sakti ho aisa" He knows deep in his heart his Aabha is sooo different from the rest of the girls and has a deep passion for relationships. I love how Karan is so supportive and hope that it remains this way that NO confusion or misunderstandings come in the way....HOPEFULLY 😊

Yes exactly Karan is so comprehensive that it never thinks that anything deliberately made Abha lol
I think Karan will always be my preference and I know he will always be the best husband of all the series I watch from the beginning.
Abha we will prove that its decision is justified

A girl like her should NOT get married as a girl like her considers her husband to be another warm body to take care of her parents.

That is exactly what it is. I guess it is the inverse of what a bahu is considered to be: a warm body to take care / serve her husband's parents.

Hayati, good post. It's amazing how this topic has such wings and complexities. I understand about how people are raised and how this impacts their whole life...but my assumption and that of human evolution is that people change for their own well-being and survival but also for those around them. CHANGE is a fundamental process that has to happen in women...otherwise, you have little girls with little brains in big girl clothes and bodies and big situations. And this IS what Abha is. She never grew up to be something or someone. Just a daughter. I respect to some degree her love for her family...which by the way loves her back, expect for one person--the THAKUR. She has her family's blessing and acceptance except that of her nut-job father. And honestly, sometimes, even family members with their negativity and even with your continued love, remain lost causes. And that is what Thakur is. I would not be spending every free minute thinking of him, as Abha does. It is Thakur's punishment in life that he is obnoxious and stupid...if he does NOT understand his own upbringing and religion to understand how treat his family, his daughter, other people, then his fate is sealed....he will pay in his next life and this time, his daughter will not have a daddy-fixation.

When it comes to his life I think it right to be selfish.
I'm not Indian and I have not the same education as you.
But I am against all that is I Abha tolerance all simply by what I learned to be tolerant with time.
Personally I respect my parents but I could not spend their happiness before mine.
You have to be selfish at times
