Uday Pratap and Swarn Abha visit the bank manager's office to apply for a loan.
Yashodhar and Diwan also visit the bank manager's office. Uday Pratap is shocked when Yashodhar proves to the manager that Uday Pratap has to repay Rs 25 crore to him.
An infuriated Swarn Abha slaps Diwan. She then tells Uday Pratap that she was unable to control her anger as Diwan betrayed them.
The bank manager advises Uday Pratap to auction Swarn Bhavan.
At Swarn Bhavan, Swarn Prakash and Swarn Lata are shocked when Chandra Prabha informs her that most of her jewelry is fake.
After returning home, Swarn Abha is overjoyed to see Chandra Prabha's brother.

Thakur says to raghav thanks for coming to swarn bhavan! if you wouldn't come i would have come to say sorry to you that because of diwanji i took away your job!
raghav says don't say so because when i lost my job here but i got another relationship which is more precious!
when i was leaving the thakurain told me to become his brother!
and i'm a servant and then i got a great sister and abha lata and praksh call me uncle!
i'm very happy (actually he was working in swarn bhavan he is not a real brother of thakurain!)
abha lata thakurain prakash all are happy with tears in their eyes!
the thakur says i will always be ashamed of myself but raghav says and i will always have respect for you as my thakur and as my brother in law

diwan is still in shock because of the slap of abha!
yashodhar ask if the bank will give loan to the thakur?
divan is still shocked! yashodhar says to him one slap has closed your mouth!
diwan is scared that maybe the thakur will send police to arrest him for fraud!
thakur talks with his wife how helpless he is and he is so sorry that the engagemnt of abha got cancelled!
the thakurIN says she is happy taht the engangement got cancelled because those people didn't want a relationship with abha but with swarn bhavan!
the thakur says maybe you are right but now that we have nothing it will be difficult to find a groom for abha
the thakurain says not to worry god is with us
a man is reading the news paper and is shocked to read about swarn bhavan's auction!
his daughter is all excited and asks him to buy the swarn bhavan!
because she always dreamt about living there!
the man has a weird and strange expression on his face
tha thakur also reads the newspaper and he gets sad he looks at all the paintings of the ancestars!
the thakurain looks worried at him

the girl says to his brother and bhabi and i saud to dad to buy swarn bhavan

but the dad says nothing and leaves
the man comes at swarn bhavan and rooks around!
he offers the thakur the 25 crore without interest
