I will only say guys..wait and watch how the first 2 episodes go...
May be they want to bring out "X-factor" that is hidden in them...that the judges show but contestants still has to be realized...I am sure they r trying to bring out :
Sonu--the new young blood talent
SLB-group/chorous singers

I am not sure about Shreya

Till now I felt the show is quite good & different than the usual ones. I am happy with the judges too. Now I waiting for the main rounds to start.😊

I get what you're saying, but the point of the show is to take people with singing potential(not necessarily singers) and under the expertise of our experienced judges and mentors, transform them into singing stars! I am tired of posting this on every other thread! I'm sorry to say, but if you don't like it, don't watch it. After all, you are not liable to watch the show. Plus, most of the people are mildly, if at all, experienced, and it is most likely their first time performing in recording studios and what not, so there might be other lurking variables like nervousness, tension affecting their singing.

Actually, I think most shows do a fairly good job of selecting contestants in the audition rounds. That's why I am a little disappointed. Also, there is no excuse for the hodge-podge job they did during auditions or maybe that is some kind of marketing strategy so that people don't connect with the singers early on.

Anyway, some fun of reality shows also lies in whining about how poor they are. So let the whiners whine and the watchers watch, I say😉

Good, bad, hyped, does not matter.
