Addy had left. Jhanvi smiled, raising her eyebrows at Candice. Candice was reluctant to give her the keys but Jhanvi had stepped on both of Candice's feet which was crying out of agony. Jhanvi winked at Candice and left with a triumphant smile.

Jay:Jhanvi!!!!Awesome work girl!!!!

Jhanvi:Guyz drive to Candice's place. I'll tell you her address. Meet me in 15 mins' time.

Jay & FResca reached Candice's place to meet Jhanvi.

Fresca:Great job Jhanvi!!That was some real fast thinking!!

Jay seemed to be so clueless but Fresca elaborated the witty, manipulative thinking of Jhanvi in order to get to Candice's place to search for some clues. Jay fed Fresca with the latest knowledge he had shared with Jhanvi. The trio began searching for clues in different areas. Jay and Jhanvi found several traces of ammunition, each distinct from one another. Jay called his friedn to come to Candice's place promptly, giving him the address. Fresca came across some medical records and some old yearbooks, two of them belonging to the university Addy and herself studied in. Fresca found it eery to see her face being crossed with red ink. This disturbed Jay & Jhanvi as well. Jhanvi decided to keep the yearbooks and other evidences excluding the ammunition while Jay's friend took away the ammunition for further investigation.

The trio changed their dusty outfits into their stylish attire from their respective houses despite Jhanvi's manipluative thinking of getting some of Candice's clothes. Well before she left, she did ruin some of Candice's latest designer jeans and she had a great laugh. Everyone,in the meantime, had been eagerly anticipating the arrival of the trio who were already half an hour late.

Fresca entered at the end, after Jay & Jhanvi. Addy was tensed for it was his engagement and he feared that Fresca might not make it. Addy held Fresca's hands and talked to her but Fresca reminded him of the time and thus Addy proceeded with his engagement. Addy wanted to talk a lot with Fresca and catch up on things but Candice had other plans.

Jhanvi:So managed to talk to Addy?

Fresca:You think I did?I barely got to talk to him.What the hell!!!

Jhanvi:The engagement's over. What next??

Fresca:I've got no clue. But we'll definitely need to stop..(pauses)..Hi James. Excuse me Jhanvi.. James, Sameer told me that you had a surprise for me??

James:Ahem..Yea, as for the surprise...look at it yourself..

Fresca was surprised to see Her dearest Anjali standing on her feet and chasing Amanda,her student. Her dear friend, who had fractured her leg, was now able to walk and run around. Fresca stood before Anjali at a distance and extended her arms and Anjali was far more elated than she could ever be, running towards Fresca. Both of them hugged each other for a long time and almost all the students stopped what they were doing and according to Fresca's gestures, everyone clapped for Anjali.

James approached both of them and told her the great news. Fresca let out a joyous tear for her friend Anjali who was going to get engaged soon. Fresca felt as if she was on cloud nine. She just seemed to be getting more happiness much from her friends' happiness. Both James and Anjali excused themselves to congratulate Addy and candice. Fresca was looking for Jaggz amongst the crowd as of yet. She went to talk to Jhanvi. Both were not happy at all for Addy neither was JK. Nevertheless, JK still smiled for it was solely Addy's life and he had all the right to decide for himself. Jhanvi had soon left to drop off JK at the hospital and accompany him till he went to sleep.

Jaggz did not turn up at the party after all. Fresca was looking forward to speak to him in private. Fresca was about to leave when she received a note, stating that someone wanted to meet her at the balcony upstairs but she feared on going alone,hence she told Aditi about it who insisted her to go upstairs. However, there was no one and Fresca returned to the hall, had some food and walked to her room.

Fresca sropped dead on her bed as she felt extremely fatigued despite doing nothing much at the party. She switched off the lgihts and slept. She found it difficult to sleep as she kept tossing around in bed. After much hassle, she slept, facing her elft shoulder. Hours passed by. While everyone was sleeping soundly, someone gently opened the door. Fresca rubbed her eyes and opened them. She was shocked for she was somehow blindfolded promptly. Aditi, who was sleeping beside Fresca had woken up due to some shattering sound, only to realize that Fresca was missing and when she switched on her fluorescent lamp, she almost FREAKED out to see Candice standing there.

Fresca was relieved to hear her beloved's voice and it was Jaggz who had saved her from Candice. Fresca discovered that he had arrived late for Addy's engagement party for he was celebrating his birthday with his kids but when he had arrived, Jay told him that Fresca had gone to rest. Then, Jaggz decided to wait for her to wake up while he worked on his artwork in his cabin in a dim-lighted atmosphere. However he had seen candice going in the direction of Fresca's room in the middle of the night, at around 3 am. He tried to deviate Candice's attention by breaking a small vase and emerged successful to a certain extent.

Aditi had texted Sameer and Jay to come over to Fresca's room while Candice pretended to be concerned while attempting to escape from the rise of various questions. The trio slept together after getting a text message from Jaggz and Fresca.

Jaggz had brought Fresca to a lake behind his school. He knew this place had to be the most serene and peaceful place for him and his kids abd he had wanted to show this special place to Fresca. Fresca was still blindfolded till Jaggz escorted her onto his private boat. Fresca was speechless but her eyes were welled up with tears which could not reflect the extent of happiness she's just attained in a moment. She'd been saved by her hero who brought her to his special island of serenity and immeasurable love. She could not help feeling so lucky that she stopped thinking and simply enjoyed what life had in store for her. Both the lovebirds gently rowed the boat, occasionally looking at each other. Eventually both of them stopped rowing as they reached a small villa which Jaggz had gained from his friend whom he had helped when no one was willing to help. Jaggz voiced out his desire to Fresca of staying in the villa after marriage, for while Fresca's smile subsided.

Fresca, upon hearing Jaggz's reply, smiled and made up her mind.

It was almost seven in the morning and Fresca was with Jaggz and his kids at his school. The kids were elated to see Fresca there spending time with them and helping them in their crafts. Fresca couldn't believe her fate of having to leave them and depart from them forever. Jaggz dropped her at the institute for Jay wanted to meet her urgently.

Jaggz came along with her but she told him to leave for Jay wanted to meet her in private. She leaned against the wall, with her elbow against the wall, bid goodbye to Jaggz with a smile of gratitude for the beautiful morning. As she turned back to leave, she found some paint on her elbow. She was surprised to see her elbow marks on the wall. The wall seemed to be painted just a few hours ago. Something was terribly wrong. While she had asked the technicians nearby to paint the elbow patches displayed on the wall, she went to look for Jay.

Jay:Where were you??Are you ok??

Fresca:I'm fine Jay but but..why is there paint..

Jay:First let me ask you; do you recognize your medication?

FrescA:Yes of course I check them every time!!!

Jay:Then why is this drug here?What is it doing here?Don't you realize the grave situation and the potential side effects associated with this drug due to your carelessness?

Fresca:Hold on Jay. This was definitely not here when I was in Paris. I've been having my medication for a long time and the one which you are holding currently is totally new to me. And since I was pretty much tired last night, I didn't take my medication.

Sameer went with Fresca to her room. He had never, in his complicated mind, imagined how well Fresca had utiized her space. There was a sub-room in Fresca's room. A room within a room. With lots of monitor screens installed. Sameer was stunned by the rapid movement of fingers which eventually showed the videos of Addy's engagement. Both of them, at least, Fresca wasn't surprised to know the culprit behind this. Fresca kept her monitors on standby alert, locked her room and went to Jay, who was no less shocked as Sameer.

Maha:Guyz did anyone of you had any sort of quarrels with Fresca or something?I waved to her but she didn't even respond

Jay:Well actually itz about the change of medication. Hey Sam just explain to her. I'll be back in a minute; I'll go and have a copy of the medical record!!

Sameer told Maha what has been happening. Just then Jay came back.

Maha:I don't believe this. What the freaking hell is she up to??And you guyz..are busy discussing..DISCUSSING?????Aren't you guyz gonna do something???I mean, come on..how long more??What if something dratic happens before you even act on the situation????

Jay:Maha....

Maha:Well come on just think of it this way...the medical records...we can consult the particular doctors who took care of her and get to learn about her real situation and perhaps get her in the Rehab Centre. Or if things get worse, we can turn her in.

Just then, Aditi came in, locked the door and pulled in the curtains, as instructed by Maha. Jay told Aditi hatever that was going on. Initially, Aditi chided both Sameer and Jay. However, sooner, she too, together with Sameer and Jay looked at Maha in a curious way. Maha was not even looking at them, knowing that all the three of them were looking at her.

Maha:What guyz??NOO...NOO!!!!I'm not gonna get myself involved in this!!!

Aditi:Look Maha all the three of us have in one way or another directly or indirectly inflicted some kinda humiliation on Candice except you. So I believe that she will not listen to us. Our only hope is you right now!!!

Maha folded her hands, in a pissed manner. She was still angry with the trio who were having their hopes pinned on her. She was almost going to say 'No' when Jay had practically begged her to do it for the sake of Fresca. Maha had eventually given in.

Maha:Alrite!!Fine!!But this is for Fresca and not for any of you.I can't believe I'm falling for this!!!Arrgghhh...I should reallie keep my mouth shut.

The trio was pretty much amused by Maha's scheming eyes.

Maha continued to be fidgety as she walked out of Jay's room while the trio lagged behind. Much to Maha's continuous and much more rapid fidgetting and mumbling upon seeing Candice. Maha promptly brought much enthusiasm and smiles on her face and went over to converse with Candice, while the trio just looked at the way Maha just changed herself totally from the normal Maha to someone whom they would not really identify with.

Maha:OMG...Hi....Are your hands feeling a lil different today??Are they heavy or something..well since you're engaged??

Candice:Haha that was a nice one...By the way you are...

Maha(thought to herself): Oh sweet niblets she doesn't even know me..goodness gracious!!

Maha:I'm Maha, Jay's would-be. Well I really wanted to make it but I got so busy. You're glowing today. You really look pretty. I so envy you right now..I mean wow..just look at you..both you and Addy are just made for each other. There could never be a better girl in Addy's life other than you.

And i seriously have no idea what it will be like during late evening or at night...And it's pretty much a deserted area.Right now, Candice wants to meet you at 1830 hrs???

Maha:OMG!!!What have I done??Can't I just keep my mouth shut for once??I always land in trouble because of my mouth and gurl do I ever learn!!!Argghh...Now I can't possibly go back on my word since I gotta win her trust. By tonight, I need to get a lot out from her.

He told Sameer and Aditi to meet Fresca and talk to her while he decided to follow Candice and Maha in the absence of their knowledge. He can't let Maha go into an unknown environment like that and that too at night. He couldn't deny that he was starting to feel extremely worried and inevitably protective of his first love.

I kinda freake dout and told him that I might need some time and he told me to take as much time as I need.

Aditi:So that's the matter??Look Fres, I will want to tell you how I truly feel. If I were in your shoes, I might also freak out. Marriage might be totally ruled out but just think about it Fres. The guy who cleared your thoughts about the things that you truly want in life, to live life to the fullest, is waiting for you. For your reply. He's not rushing you in anything. He just probably wants to spend most of his time with you and he wishes to extend his sincere support in everything that you do.

Sameer:I don't know if I should meddle but Jaggz and I had an earlier discussion a few weeks back and all he wants is to display all the beautful and natural elements of life and the emotions and feelings associated with it. He knows everything about you and he wants to live with you to love you unconditionally and share his joy with you. In my life, I might not even have seen a lot of people especially someone who loves his beloved to such a great, immeasurable extent. We have said what we've truly felt but eventually you have to make the ultimate choice for after all it is your life, dear.

Maha called up Jay's friend,Al whom she had met while Jay was talking with him at the hospital. She had decided to use his help in inserting a RFID chip on Candice. Maha had planned everything except a back-up plan just in case if things went haywire, for she was pretty confident that nothing would go wrong. Nothing could go wrong.

Maha had arrived earlier than she thought of herself to be at Republic Cafe. She wondered why a stripper's club was named Republic Cafe, in what ways does it seem republic,she didn't have any idea and ended up cursing the person who named it as such. Meanwhile she instructed her ally in crime to do as she told him so and to ensure that Candice doesn't even have a doubt. Candice has appeared and Maha pretended to order a drink.

Candice:Hey get me a drink too hunni..Heyy it's such a coincidence that you drink the same brand as me. Cool get me one while I get to the loo and I'm sure by then we can have some fun unleashing ourselves on the dance floor

Maha:Surey..you go girl!!I'll be waiting!!!2 Scotch please!!

Everything was set by the time Candice came back. More people started coming in and a really 'hot' guy entered. He turned out to the one deejaying for the entire night. Maha approached him to play some dance numbers which were Candice's favourite dance tracks, thanks to Addy. When Candice came out, Maha pretended to talk to the DJ as if she was asking him out but of course, Maha told her that she found him cute but since she's taken, she'd rather not break her beloved's heart. However, Candice was really looking forward to enjoying her time with him without Maha's knowledge.

Maha saw Candice dancing her heart out. Maha was seeing her dance for the first time. Perhaps she had never really observed Candice deeply enough as she was practically stunned to see her dancing her stresses out. Maha realized that she could never do that. Maha realized that there was something special about Candice but did not dare tell Jay, Sameer or even Aditi. Maha went over and got Candice her drink. Candice got amused as she found Maha drinking Diet Coke instead of the Scotch. Maha revealed that she don't drink and she loathes it if someone were to force her to drink. Candice had ordered more Scotch for herself and she didn't realize thaat she was no longer sober. Candice asked Maha if there was anyone unlucky as herself for she had a gut feeling that Addy doesn't seem to like getting engaged to her. Maha was shocked to hear that but after some moments of awkwardness, she broke the ice, stating how lucky Candice was for very few people get the love of their lives through a great friend. And that's how lucky Candice is. Maha smiled and wished Maha the same too. Maha gazed at her eyes, which were welled up. Candice smiled and went on dancing but Maha gestured to her that she might have to leave as Jay was picking her up. Both of them bid goodbye;Candice resumed dancing with Al while Maha lingered for a while. She didn't seem to understand why she felt as if Candice wanted to say more, as if Candice was depressed about something. Soon, Maha saw Jay and she left with him.

Jay watched Maha as he drove back to Halls of Fame institute. Maha was silent throughout the journey, which was unusually disturbing. Jay did ask Maha but she was totally engrossed in her thoughts that he halted his questioning, delaying them to some other time.

Meanwhile, Candice asked Al to drop her home for she couldn't drive back home. She gave him her address and he accompanied her till he let her sleep on his shoulders. He finally reached her apartment and laid her on her bed and quietly looked around in the dim bedroom lights. He looked around only to realize that her diary was under her pillow. He just caressed her and carefully took the diary and went out of the room to dial Maha to keep her mobile and her bluetooth switched on. Maha informed him to save them to his mobile as well just in case she didn't get the information. He finished her job and crept inside the bedroom to place the diary in the original position and left a note for Candice in the apartment.

The following day, Maha went to meet Fresca, who was busy writing away in her notebook. Maha pulled her from her cabin, almost smudging her writings. Fresca took her notebook along and sped to Jay's car with Maha, who offered to drive.

Fresca:What's the matter Maha?Is everything ok?

Maha:Fres, it's not the time for questions. Wait till we reach my apartment. I need to discuss something really significant with you as well as show you something.

Fresca:Oh ok(smiles). Can't wait!!! By the way, are you the kind of driver who can get interrupted and end up taking the incorrect route if I were to ask you questions??

Maha:Well..wowowo wait a second..Did Aditi tell you that???Once we were so engrossed in our conversation that instead of meeting Jay and Sameer at the Nicks' Tournament, we ended up going to the shopping mall. Can you believe that???We kept the guyz waiting for almost an hour when we realized it and they ended up watching the tournament themselves.

Fresca:OH gosh..Haha....Right now I hope you are on the right track!!!!Hey, change the songs to some fun songs...These sound so boring..Wait you drive while I'll do the changing of the CDs....

So, whatever I am, it's because of my grandmom, who's at her friend's place to play some games. And I told her to take some time off since I'm expecting you to stay with me tonight. Please????

Aditi smiled and insisted on Fresca staying at Maha's place, and that she'll take care of everything and if she needs any help, she'll call Fresca. Maha was very much thrilled at spending time with her future sister-in-law, who currently didn't even know what Maha was thinking of her in her head!!
