Dhanya dhanya hui h aaj

awadh ki ye dharti

kritat kr gye prabhu ke

charan ye padte hi

khush-hali ki chali leher h

dhoom machi subah sham

ki aise janme hai shree ram.

Madhyadivas ka samay h bhaiya

navami tithi kehlayi

manav roop me dekhan prabhu ko

bheed umdi chali aayi

mand mand muskaye raghuveer

kitna sunder ye dham

lo Ayodhya me janme shree ram.

Harshit bhaee hai maiya teeno

lagi palne me jhulane

dasharat nandan aaye hai sabko

meethe rishte samjhane

asuro ka ye naash karenge shat shat karo pranam

ki aise janme hai shree ram.
