I know what it feels like to be ridiculed, to be humiliated, to be taunted and to be wronged for no reason. I know what it is like to fall apart and yet stand up not because you have to but because you want to. And I know how difficult it is to wake up with a nightmare in your head and heart. Yagya, you are not the only one who has stood the test of fire...even I have been through that and now value the lessons these incident have taught me. I am not going to offer you my condolences or pity or sympathy because you deserve only praise for braved that time and emerging out as a stronger and sharper human.

Pain is a constant; it never leaves your side. You can either choose to wallow in pity due to that or you can take it as a weapon and fight back to win it all. When I was in my high school, I went through the same barbs, more direct and more painful in nature because everyone knew and no one cared to stand by my side. But I did not cow down because I knew if I did that battle will end with me facing defeat and I couldn't take it under any circumstance.

Yagya I laud you for putting this out in open and not letting it shun your strength at any point of time. You might aimed at making a sapphire but are rewarded with a diamond. And I love and adore and respect you for that.

Your story is so inspiring, Shivani. I am extremely proud of you for what you are. The diamond which it rewarded me has cut through the pain and gave me light. Without all this happening, I would have never written and would have never got the love and admiration, I now get. This has taught me how to live in a way I can never forget and I would be thankful for that. I feel it was destiny and instead of pity, I feel pride for me and everyone who fights against things like this, because it is easy to back down but so difficult to keep your own against so many people. This taught me how to respect everyone in a special way and made me write their stories and I finally wrote my own. I was unable to do that a few days back and I am glad that I finally mustered the strength to do this. You are a very brave girl, Shivani. Never change. You stood up to your name. I applaud your bravery. What you went through, I still go through. Not upto sexual abuse, but the depression of emotional and mental taunts. I still go through it. I came out of it chanting a single name, "Krishna!". He took it all away from me, and took it on Him. I don't know if you worship Krishna,. I don't know you at all, but your OS caught my eye. Yes, my name is Yagya and I am named after Yagyaseni. I must say you are really brave. And Krishna, he is the most important person of my life, the person who was there for me when no one was there and the only person who listened to me without judging me. My Rakhi brother and my sole hope, that is Krishna for me. I see him as an entity, talk to him and scold him at times when it becomes to hard, and his smiling face erases every worry.
