Shruthi, in current day world, who ever is in a respectable stage in their career and society have to pave their way to success through hard work and self confidence. Only Ambanis, Tatas & Birlas are those who enjoy the success through inheritance. And the first and foremost thing for this is that one should never show his weakness to others and never try for sympathy votes as that will not stand a long. which ever may be the field hard work is required, some may put it in physical way like field work or production area and some will have strive hard by using their mind.

There are instances people think how lucky are the marketing people, they keep travelling, visit customers, enjoy out side food etc. but they never realize the marketing people are the worst affected as they are the face between 2 companies and also they are the punch bag for both the companies. They will be blamed are made responsible for any missed supplies, bad quality goods and non receipt of payments. Some think IT people are the most paid people, all they do is sit in a AC room and work on computers but never they realize, IT people are the people who loose their appetite and sleep if any code goes wrong or if someone wrong operates a machine. He needs to rush back to office even in the middle of night.

One thing the younger generation needs to get in to their mind is that "immaterial of the field, job will be demanding and you need to love your job and never carry your personal pain to work and official stress to home. Even if takes few more hours, finish it in office and go home with clear mind. But never carry your stress back home then you will never be able to rest properly and that will affect your next day work. never mix your personal and professional life together.

I understand what you are telling. Young generation needs to understand dignity of work. But these days pay packet is given more importance. Yes it is important, but the way you earn it should give you peace of mind, no one seems to understand
