Okay I was just checking my article and a query popped up in my mind.
Can we write in the style of a BollyCurry member although we aren't selected but can we just pretend to get the feel to the article?

Like instead of writing it as a general member, can we do it as a BollyCurry buzzer?

Is there a considerable difference in the two styles? Look, we're just looking for a good article. You could write it the way BC writes or the way TOI or Pinkvilla writes, it doesn't matter. If the article is genuinely good, has minimal errors, a good style and impeccable grammar, it works in your favor.

Unless of course you're referring to certain BC specific articles like Ms BollyChilli or DJ Bolli. So yeah. If you can write something along those lines, again, it won't really add incentive to your case. As long as its written well, its good to go.

I just didn't like the way I started the article. It's just a line or two I want to write in the style of BollyCurry so it sounds good.

Thanks a lot. I've checked my article for all these things and after editing the way I start it, I'll send it in. No I'm not referring to anything, it's just the way BC starts their articles, I want to do the same to get the feel to it as I'm not that happy with my starting lines.

Thanks. :)

^ I didn't know we had specific and special introductions for our articles 🤔 But if you feel so, then sure!

Well yeah...BC does...maybe you don't notice it because you write it nearly everyday. We do because we notice everything in the article. 😛
Thanks. 😊

If you're talking about introductions such as "BollyCurry present to you an article..." then I would advise against it. It's not necessary and does nothing to favour you.

My best advice - write the article as if you're a freelance writer who can slot their article in with any news team.

OMG! You're awsome! You totally understood what I'm trying to say! Yes it's that. Something along those lines. 😃

Oh. I didn't know how to start it so I thought I can use something like that as a template to get me going. I'm totally confused.

Ah alright. So I can write as if I'm writing for any news team not just BollyCurry? Any ideas about sentences?

Something like 'Today we present to you...'

Oh yeah another query...

Do we write using We or I?

Thanks Hun! Please help this confused applicant. :)
