Today was the topsy-turviest day of Eva's life.Sitting alone in a corner of the park,she was crying her heart out.Fortunately,there was nobody to notice her,crying as the heavens were crying with her,pouring tiny salty droplets on the Earth,making it wet.If Eva was the one who controlled rain,then her new,velvet dress was definitely the Earth,all wet.
She had just seen her boyfriend cheating on her with the girl,who she for the last 3 years,considered her best friend.She was kicked out of school for a week,as she helped her so-called ex-best friend in cheating in the examination,she was ditched by her brother,who was going to help her fight her parents to take part in the tennis competition,as they had barred Eva just to academic.Those were the bars she wanted to break...
In her turmoil,she didn't even notice the downpour.A well built boy,maybe 18,dressed in something she didn't know,as he had a raincoat on,while he was carrying an umbrella.Strange,was the word.
He just walked up to Eva and asked for her hand,and she thoughtlessly,gave it to him.
He opened the umbrella,a frilled one,in bright shades,and handed it to her.Walking away,he turned back once,and mouthed a ,"Smile please" to Eva.It took her time to register the happenings,but she unknowingly smiled,watching him,walking away,becoming a faint silhoutte,until he was completely out of sight.
"Maybe Mr.Stranger carried the umbrella for some unknown purpose",Eva thought.Giving a faint smile,she ran off to gain shelter from the rain.All she could say was,"Thank You,Mr.Stranger"

They Weren't Enemies,
They weren't friends,
They were just strangers with some moments together

Stop giving me those looks for this crap...like and comment puhleez...or I won't update any other fanfic as well...🤣
