I cannot even imagine what void it must create when one loses a parent.

We generally fail to appreciate what we have till we lose them.

Lovely words.

Thanks M..
Just the simple act of putting feelings on paper, somehow smoothing them around the edges, like a polishing of the heart and presenting it... it felt good to do that.
Was surprised to see the red ink here but glad you read it.

I am miffed btw

I was taught ke khushiya baati jaati hai... gham toh anmol hai.. woh ishwar se mila ta hai.. toh usse apne paas hi rakho...
Sorry, Shikha, did not PM anyone about this. Mari and I were chatting so I ended up telling her only.

I beg to differ. Khushiyan baatne se they become double and gham baatne se they become half. But you know gham is something which brings people closer. It is something you can share with only a selected few. And nothing would be more rewarding thatn knowing that you are in the selected few. Chill maro Avi. I am no more miffed but I need to get my emotions right before I comment on this.

Avi... I so want to give you a hug right now. For now make do with this one... (🤗) x N .
It's so beautiful. Spoke of so much & took me to times of my life that I treasure & even some run away form too.
I need time to collect myself & will so comment later.
Presently going to give my Mummy dear a Big hug. 😊
