I read this only today when I decided to visit your link of stories...

Wonderful piece of writing on a mother daughter relationship. I specially loved the part where you've mentioned some memories are for mother's alone...so true...I myself have tried to rack my brains and tried to remember many memories...sometimes I've gone ahead and just imagined them - but imaginations in this case are just that - unreal...

Palin you weave your way in and out of my consciousness. My mother was quite the opposite from the one described here. She was very very affectionate and I remember as a terrible teen I would try to escape all her affections. Today she is no more and I crave that touch of her hands in my hair. I crave listening to her stories, the way she made me feel like I was the most beautiful girl in the world.

Loved this piece very much.

For those who are reading and don't show affection, please do. Life is too short and they are too darn deserving not to give that piece of yourself.

I am sorry but unintentionally my writings made you miss your mother..first in life partner {Bhog chapter}and now in this piece...Hope you are not sad...!!! Someone said me long ago that we should miss our loved ones{who are not with us anymore} with happy faces..Our tears pain them too...😊
