I dont think Jhanvi will get angry. She will be more upset and dejected at her luck. She may even think back to her father's affair and compare herself to him. If she knew he was married she would have backed off completely. She isnt the type of girl to initiate an affair or closeness.

Janvi will come to know about Adi's marital status.

I won't say it's unrequited love as he is not even thinking about an affair or along that line. Tho I feel there is some attraction. He is more focused on his failing marriage. And Jhanvi will be hurt.
