It's obvious she feels something but deny it.

First I thought it was because of what happened with the nurse but not at all. The girl is delulu and was mad at her because somehow she didn't became her BFFs and Anu doesn't share anything with her 🤷 But she isn't honest to so she is wrong. However she had a point on telling Anu that she doesn't trust anyone
