Do you know what the premise of Hawa Hawaii is?
Close to impossible is right as that would require the female lead Mahima to leave and what'd cause that? Plus, unfortunately but realistically once the show starts a lot of people will start shipping their characters and their relationship, so bringing on Anupriya seems unlikely but boy oh boy would that be awesome.
And does VG have any involvement in the show apart from bring the channels creative head? Also is this what his position at MTV used to be?
So you definitely think there's no chance of WH returning? Not even now when VG has more power? I know it won't come soon as everyone's just starting their new shows, but you think it won't even come way later (and I'm not talking about a WH S2 with new faces)? I don't know why I'm asking you this but do you think VG wants a WH S2? I think he wanted one but now I'm not sure, what do you think?
It's sad but true there aren't many of us left, but if tweeting started I think a few more would retweet at least. People are moving on which is fine. I still come here incase there's some news (I also really appreciate your updates so thank you). As I've mentioned before I don't watch Indian television and movies so me moving on to another Indian show won't be happening. WH was & is the only forum I come on on IF. So I'll still be coming round.
I know hopings no use but S2 or AnuLak would be nice.
Sorry for bombarding you with all these questions, I'm just curious.
Hawa Hawaii will most probably be a story of a rich, angry, arrogant young man falling for a poor, bubbly and good hearted girl, going by Gul Khan & 4 Lions' earlier shows. I think in HH, Mahima plays a florist or something (going by an article that came out way back).
Usually leads are replaced if their acting is not good, or if they are unable to create the necessary chemistry with their co star. When the show is not doing too well ratings wise also they replace one of the leads and bring in a more popular face like how it's happened with Anupriya's current show.
Honestly speaking I don't want replacement drama in Laksh's show, if Anupriya was required for this project she should have been signed on before. This replacement nonsense is torturous for the fans of the original actor. Also as an actor I feel Anupriya deserves better than being someone's replacement. That's the reason why I'm utterly disappointed with her taking up Bhagyalakshmi.
I don't see Anupriya & Laksh working together again because of their age difference. It worked in WH because that was the story and there was supposed to be an age gap between their characters. So that's the reason I don't see AnuLak happening again unless it's for an episodic or it's for WH S2 or then unless Vikas Gupta is absolutely desperate to get them in a show together.
Although their age difference is not that obvious since Laksh looks older than his age, fact is that APK has been seen on tv for the last 6 years (or started her career 6 yrs ago), so automatically for the audience she will come across as someone slightly older. The other thing is that these 2 have been cast together so chances of them being cast again is less.
Sanaya & Anshuman are a very rare case of co stars who have been a part of 3 shows back to back.
