well how can you stop someone putting their personal opinion down...!! 😆 Atleast they are appreciating the show...there should be some liberty of freedom of speech isn't it ?

and makers can never show up their faces in shame, coz where i see it, its very obvious tht the show might not be doing well on ratings front which is why this or every show is taken off... dil ki baatein on sony was launched with such fan fare and when they show it didn't click it decided to take it off. they are just running coz they don't have any show in pipeline. this is trp business and i don't think there's much speculation to be demanded.

if a show doing commercially well, i don't see any reason of it not getting an extension. most of the shows give out that their show is hit obviously but the truth is always different from what we see.

There are lots of speculations going around future of this show.. N now since its the last week of season1 fans want to know wats gonna happen hence the article.. ultimately its the PH n channel's decision and we will get a clearer picture by the end of this week.. Till then these articles will only add to confusion of viewers. Pointless! But tfs:)

no i just meant to say..that may be they didn't get those trp's which were required to give the show an immediate extension hence they decided to pull it off...they ended their original run in 80 episodes which was already sheduled.

kindly do not misunderstand and raise an argument. this happens to be my fav show at this moment and i truly believe it was supposed to run a lot longer. but entertainment business is something which else which is out of the reach of an average Tv viewer thts what i wana say

Yes everyone has the freedom of speak, but this is BOREDOM OF SPEAK 😆.

So are you saying youth based shows don't work in India? Why bother with the concept then, if they are to find failure with every attempt. Clearly money talks. They might as well stick with the boring saas bahu saga's if thats what the public demand. Seriously I don't know what the story is, but all this random news is frustrating. What confuses me even more is, if this show has been such a flop, why are the actors & publication house celebrating, can't see any sign of disappointment.

It's about time they give answers!!

My 2 cents :

As far as I remember Vikas Gupta the producer confirmed in the telechakkar article that they will come back with season 2..This is their first experiment with seasonal shows of limited episodes like they have elsewhere so show getting an immediate extension was not technically going to happen anyway.. As far as TRP's are concerned I think MTV has not many daily soaps anyway, and WH has been at par with KYY and even been the number 1 youth show in some of the weeks..so can't say that the show hasn't been doing well and that's the reason for pulling the plug.. Anyway, we can keep on speculating about these things.. Like I said, we should perhaps enjoy this week and hope to get a clearer picture by the end of this week.

well...u tell me how many of them actually worked .. D3 to some extent, ky2 and SH to some extent otherwise they won't run for more than 6 months. a brilliant show like Paanch is taken down. ok it might be a mini series, but atleast deserved a good run of 200 episodes atleast.

next was Friends Conditions apply, another brilliant show which channel v took off like in a month :/ wth... see the success ratio in terms of parameters is difficult to get measured. evne if a Youth show a success its not getting that amount of heat which a regular star plus colors shows get becoz its reach is limited. and thts why the channelS MTV, bindass and channel v are forced to take them down. i forgot to mention Zindagi wins by bindass.. look how tht fantastic show died such a premature death.

clearly this needs to be changed but unless indian audiences doesn't start accepting good concepts and giving them great numbers. it won't be easy for them to have a long run. tht's what i want to say.
