Tolerating her tantrums is one thing, but Kamini does not have the authority to make Vibha do her share of the work. Vibha is an English teacher, she is not obliged to do Kamini's hindi papers. She is being harassed and legally Vibha can complain. Rishab is a witness to this harassment & i am sure, if need be, he will support her. Kamini has more chance of losing her job then Vibha, so she does need to fight back.
