The Shourya parts in Waaris always seem to remind me of Jaane tu!😳

Both had an odd set of friends, who are funny and helpful at times... the setting of a college is also same. Even Shourya and Jai's characters are quite similar. They are very peaceful and never use violence while their families are completely the opposite😆 Simran and Aditi's personalities also resemble each others...

Many of the sitns shown are the same too... eg. camping trip. What surprised me was that they even sang Jaane tu during antakshari!😆😆😆

hmmm now tht kruthi says the king also feels the same. many similarities. gud observation kruthi. the king is impressed.

Aaaggghhhh, you do read my mind dont you Kruthika! 😳 I noticed that from the first episode itself, how Simran wishes Shaurya did something more aggressive, just like Aditi wanted Jai to... Jai and Shaurya both preach non-violence 😛 Those aspects of their characters are definitely similar, but there's still a difference that sets them apart from Jai and Aditi... 😳 ANd yahhhhh, liked to hear that song in Antakshari, reminded me of the movie only 😳😆

You are right...while Shaurya-Simran parts remind us of Jaane Tu, rest of the story remind us of Godfather😃

Same here! I was thinking the same too! Almost a lot of things are similar between the movie and Shaurya's parts....Shaurya's nature with no violence, Simrin's personality almost like Aditi..😆
It was really funny and surprising when they sang Jaane Tu during antakshari...😆
