This submitted before I could add 'other'.

I didn't put 'when the truth is out' because that's kinda the same as after, isn't it? I mean there's no way the truth is gonna be revealed while Preet walks out without even stopping to hear the whole story.

With my limited knowledge of soaps:
Simi will be alright.
The truth will be revealed to Raj when Preet isn't with him.
He would rush back to Preet to happily begin his married life.
But Preet would have left by then.

Though how Mohini would be rid off, I don't know. If Raj and Preet together would that. No idea.
Or
The whole drama about Raman would be revealed and there would lot of action. Raj would assume that Preet now wouldn't leave him and go. But she'll go anyway because of her new found self respect.

And which one would that be?
As I said before, I want Preet to leave because she respects herself.
So I voted for "after the truth".
She leaves not because of any contract, but because she has lost faith in the relationship.

I'm kinda fantasising about the 'before' option. I've seen something similar happen in a Turkish drama where the FL's ex realises she didn't wrong him only months after he already ended their relationship. He came back to apologise to her but her response was 'So what? What will it (him finding out the truth) change?' It was far too late for them. I enjoyed how she totally ripped him apart (verbally) by telling him he was a selfish coward, and then told him to get out of her life before he could end up lowering himself in her eyes even further.

I'm not saying that I don't want RajPreet to get back together ever again (cos I know they will) but I'd love to see a similar scene. I'd love for Raj to realise that he should've trusted her earlier. I'd love for him to realise that it's too late to resume their relationship but that he'll have to work hard to convince her to start a new relationship with him.

Coming to think of it, I don't care which one.
I will decide upon the situation. Whichever option would hurt him most 😆

And I trust the CVs to do a good job of it. They'd better deliver.

I don't know if I can trust the CVs with this. They seem to like torturing Preet a lot more than Raj. The CVs may well be a bunch of misogynists who see Raj (as he is in all of his jerk glory) as the perfect ML who should easily get what he wants when he wants.

I have seen worse ML. Like the soap you mentioned...Laado.
He even murdered and the FL , like a fool, went on staying with him and she happily forgave him the moment he asked for it and never mentioned it again! And for all that, the soap was about female empowerment 🤢
Raj isn't as bad. Deserves a spanking, IMO.
But because of this whole contract thingy, I think Raj will get what he deserves. He dug his own grave.
