When Vedika spins the wheel, it stops at Vedant. She thinks, am I such a bad person who will try to break up a brother-sister relation? Then she smiles grimly and thinks, her hatred for Vasudha would make her do anything. But how? She moves to the balcony and sees Sandhya leading Shreya to the dining table, and understands that this is Vedant's weakness that she will exploit.
Sid interrupts her saying it seems she is hatching another conspiracy. She tells him he is being tolerated for some time in this house only because of Shreya. He taunts her saying that at least he has some grace period; she will be kicked out the moment she falls out with Vasudha. Ved thinks, the day Vasu is gone, insects like you will be automatically got rid of.
Nani is combing Vasu's hair and finds a white one. Vedant starts teasing her saying that she is sad because Sharmaji has gone to Bangalore. He can arrange his ticket back this Saturday, have her married in the evening and have the bidaai on Sunday morning. Vasu shoots back with tears in her eyes saying that when she goes, he will cry the most.
At dinner, Sid compliments the food Sandhya has made. Sandhya says she learnt it at school in Home Science class from her teacher. Naina starts at hearing the teacher's name. Sandhya says, "I've been meaning to ask you, which school did you go to? You look like a girl I went to school with, but her name was Naina." At this Shreya says dully, "Naina is my name." Sid and Naina go white; Vedika looks suspicious. Naina lies that she went to Carmel Convent. Sandhya says she couldn't be the one then, as she went to Jesus and Mary Convent. The girl's photo is in her album. Vedika thinks, I have understood what they haven't.
Quietly she takes Sandhya's house keys from the peg and goes to her house. She searches the house and finally finds the album. The girl in the photo is Naina. Vedika wonders why she is lying about her name.
Sandhya comes to press Shalini's feet. Shalini protests but she insists saying she has found a mother at last. While Shalini drifts asleep, Vedant comes and starts flirting with Snadhya. At last Ramu kaka relieves Sandhya. She is walking by when Vedant takes her hand and pulls her into a room, pinning her against the wall. She asks him how he found the vada she had made. Vedant sighs, "I'm her to talk about your hair, your eyes…and you talk about vada!" She says, it is romantic for her to cook for him. He says it's a deal: he will do what she finds romantic and she will do what he finds romantic. She smilingly asks, what is your idea of romance? He tries to kiss her but she escapes just in time.
She is tidying up his room when he grabs her from behind, asking her not to do so much work. She gets teary-eyed, saying she keeps herself busy to prevent her thoughts from going to her father. He hugs her.
Later, when she looks for her keys, they are missing. She wonders where they could have gone.
Sid sneaks into Naina's room late at night. She tells him to go away, but he insists he loves her, he is doing all this only for her. She refuses to believe him, but he starts making love to her. Just then Madam Vedika makes her grand entry and catches them red-handed. She takes photos and threatens them. She humiliates Naina calling her a woman of loose character. Naina can't bear this and bursts out that she is Sid's wife. Vedika know has them in her power. She humiliates Sid, making him touch her feet and beg forgiveness. She mutters, I love Shreya a lot but right now, I need to use you two against Vasudha.
Preview: Vedant asks Sandhya why she is doing all the work alone. She says that Vasudha has some urgent work. He gets annoyed that everyone's work is more important than hers.
