Give us some variety Smriti

While viewers are appreciating Smriti Iraani's effort to dish out Virrudh, a serial that's refreshingly different from the usual on TV, here's a small complaint against her. That she's not offering much variety in her acting. Her acting as the 60-year old Tulsi in Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi is not very different from the way she enacts the much younger characters in Virrudh and Thodi Si Zameen Thoda Aasman. "It's good to see her produce shows, but Smriti shouldn't get repetitive," a TV serial buff tells us.

Still has the Kyunki hang over..She acts in the same way in all the three serials.Dialouge delivery, acting, body language..all remain the same.I think Virrudh might have been more interesting sans smirit. No offence ment to smirith's fans..Watching her for the past 7 yrs has been a bit boring..

I think she is a brilliant actor and this is just malicious writing cause in the last two episodes of TSZTSA the variety that this actress has given cannot be compared to anyone on indian television. In Virrudh her role is yet to evolve i feel as i can see that she is playing a good producer and giving all a chance but when the story does take a turn the best of Smriti Irani will come out. What we must bother about is the repetative Smriti bashing articles which keep appearing in newspapers and try and find out the truth behind them. Just today i read an article in which Ekta says that she has not gone on the sets of Kyunki for nearly 9 months so where is there a question of her and Smriti having a show down, look deep guys these are just Smriti bashing articles and the nespapers who write these articles should be made answerable.

I feel she is less repetitive compared to Shahrukh and Amitabh.
