Virrudh does not come on friday so thats why the video has nt been posted

I am trying to make siggies with photoshop. i dont hv any other software.
i hv some queries......i dont know if I can post them in this thread.
How do u cut out a profile from a picture? i use the crop tool and that way I can make square/rectangular cuts which includes the background. the following 2 pics reveal my prob:-





the first pic is original and in the second i cut out using crop tool and the background is there. how can i cut out only the profile of sushant. plz someone help me out

I hv another query and that is how can i rotate an image. If i rotate by 90 degree then its ok. but if i try to rotate by less than 90 degree then the background gets exposed. see the following 3 pics:-







the first pic of Smriti is original and in the second pic when i tried to rotate it by 20 degrees, the background is exposed. since the crop tool cant be rotated so i cant copy the rotated pic of smriti to a new photoshop file. In the third pic I rotated by 90 degrees and that is okay. the prob is only when i try to rotate by less than 90 degrees.
Plz someone tell me how to rotate a picture
