Kunal informs Raman that Priyanka was never pregnant and she told this lie so that Rahul undergoes treatment.
Meera tells Raman that doctors are taking Anoushka for a major operation and chances are that she may not survive. Kunal is saddened hearing this. Anoushka is wheeled out of the room, her eyes are closed. Kunal touches her hand and she opens her eyes.
Dr. Seth starts the operation on Anoushka, and thinks about Rishab's blackmailing words.
Rishab is at home, he stands in front of Anoushka's pic with garlands in his hand. He tells the pic that you will not survive the operation, so I am making all preparations beforehand. He puts a garland on the pic and admires it, then tries another one. Seems very happy.
Raman, Meera and Kunal to in to see Priyanka. Priyanka is very sad. She tells Meera she is sorry for what she did, and now is worried how Rahul will face the truth.
Rahul is at home in his room. He takes out Raj's love letter and reads it.
Priyanka tells Meera that she lied, Meera tells her that she understands, Kunal tells them that they should not leave Rahul alone at this time and tells Raj to discharge Priyanka. Meera hugs Priyanka.
Meera and Raman take Priyanka home. On the way in the car Meera tells Raman that they need to be careful with Rahul. Raman tells her that Rahul has lost all his self-confidence, and they need to explain to Rahul why Priyanka lied and what happened to Kuhu.
Rishab comes to see Rahul. Rahul hides the letter. Rishab tells Rahul that he took a 2nd opinion of his case and has found out that he will never be able to walk again. Rahul tells Rishab he knows this, but wonders what happened to his kuhu. Rishab tells him that Priyanka knew all along that he would not be able to walk again, and she is a great lady, she sacrificed her motherly side so that she could take care of him. He tells Rahul that with the help of Dr. Raj Priyanka aborted the baby.
Rahul says No in pain and Rishab smiles. Rahul recalls the conversation btw Raj and Priyanka he had over-heard. He tells Rishab that he thinks that whatever he (Rishab) is saying is true, and at one time he (Rahul) and Priyanka were known for their love of each other, and now they will be know for their hate.
Rishab tells Rahul, that Priyanka sacrificed so much for him, she must have gone thru so much pain in setting the abortion with Raj. Rahul tells Rishab he know what Priyanka and Raj talk about. Rishab probes Rahul to tell him about Priyanka and Raj and Rahul does not. Rishab thinks I know, you are trying that love letter from me, but I know about it as I planted it.
Priyanka, Meera and Raman arrive home. On hearing the car arrive, Rahul reaches the hall, just as Priyanka enters. He questions Priyanka on the baby. Meera tries to explain about the lie, Priyanka stops her and says she will explain. Rahul tells her that he is capable to accepting responsibility of his child and she should not have done what she did. Priyanka and Meera are surprised at Rahuls words.
Rahul screams that Priyanka had the child aborted.

Priyanka congratulates Rishab that he has become the father of a baby girl. He asks about Anoushka, and Priyanka tells him that both the mother and baby are fine. Rishab is stunned to hear that Anoushka is alive.
