Kunal gets a call from Raj asking him why he has not come to the hospital as yet. He tells Kunal that Rohan had informed Gargi about Anoushka, he tells Kunal that Anou is better now, but Priyanka is also in the Hospital as the cottage she was in caught fire.
Kunal goes upstairs, and gets angry at Gargi, tell her she has committed a crime and he would punish her, he pushes her and she falls on the bed.
Raj and Dr. Seth check Anoushka, and Dr. Raj leaves, in the corridor, Rishab asks Raj how was he able to reach the cottage in time to save Priyanka. Rahul does not like it. Raj tells Rishab that his wife is serious and he should be asking about his wife's health and not be worried about other issues. Rahul tells Rishab that he would like to go home.
Dr. Seth tells Rishab that his wife will be undergoing major surgery and they can save only 1 of them the Mother or the Kid, and they would save mother. Rishab tells her to save the kid as he is not interested in anyone else. He tell Dr. Seth to keep this btw them, as he knows she made fake reports for Priyanka. Dr. Seth is surprised.
A couple of Drs who were with Priyanka come out and Rahul asks them how Priyanka and her baby is doing. Those Drs. Tell Rahul that Priyanka is not pregnant and he must be mistaken. Rahul tells them that Priyanka had a checkup at this hospital and he can prove she was pregnant. Dr. Seth / Raj are nearby and listen to this argument and are worried.
Rishab corners Dr. Seth telling her she looks worried hearing the things about Priyanka's pregnancy. She tells him he is blackmailing her, Rishab tells her that she must be thankful he is only blackmailing otherwise she could be in jail if he decides to take further action. Dr. Seth tells Rishab she did it for a friend. He tells her to be friends with him and do his work. He tells her only to save the baby. Anoushka should not come out alive.
Raj discusses something with the 2 doctors which inform Rahul that Priyanka is not pregnant. Rahul again argues with Raj asking him to confirm that Priyanka is pregnant. Raman and Meera try to calm down Rahul. They also ask Rahul that he knew Priyanka was pregnant, they why are the other doctors saying she is not.
Priyanka is gaining consciousness and asks for Rahul.
Rishab tells Rahul to keep control of himself and wait till Priyanka gains consciousness and they would then deal with this hospital. Rahul tells him not to expect much from Priyanka as she would side with Raj. He tries to probe more about Priyanka, but Rahul just brushes him away. Rishab thinks that Rahul must have read the love letter.
Kunal gets to the hospital and asks Rahul how Priyanka is doing. Rahul tells her that his sister did not do good with him. Rishab tells Kunal that his sister has done a miracle, she was pregnant and now the baby has disappeared.
Priyanka wakes up and asks for Rahul. She tells the nurse to call Rahul, and herself tries to get out from bed and go to Rahul, but cannot and loses balance, and Raj catches her.
Kunal enters the room, and sees Raj holding Priyanka. He remembers Rahul saying that Priyanka has not done good, and Gargi saying that Raj loves Priyanka.
Raj informs Priyanka that Rahul has found out the truth that she is not pregnant. Priyanka is worried and cries, that now Rahul will not continue treatment, will not be able to walk. Raj consoles her.

Rishab tells Rahul that Priyanka is a very Mahan lady. She has sacrificed her motherhood for him. She with the help of Raj has aborted the kid as she will have to take care of him (Rahul).
